Industrial Maintenance

Industrial Maintenance Services

Preventive programmes, planned revisions and rapid intervention that keep installed production capacity actually available.

QOS Ethiopia engineering and international project support

Preventive maintenance, revisions, breakdown intervention and spare-parts coordination for industrial plants — engineering-led maintenance from QOS.

Keeping installed capacity actually available

QOS provides industrial maintenance services for production plants and equipment: preventive maintenance programmes, planned revisions and overhauls, breakdown intervention and spare-parts coordination.

Maintenance is the natural continuation of QOS’s installation and relocation work — the same engineering understanding that erects a line is what keeps it running — but maintenance is equally available for plants QOS did not install.

Through its OEM field support model, QOS also acts as the maintenance and service arm for machinery manufacturers: qualified teams near the customer, working to the OEM’s technical standards, including support during the warranty period without assuming the OEM’s own warranty obligations.

Maintenance teams operate from QOS’s established bases in Türkiye, Hungary, Morocco and Ethiopia, with wider coordination across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Downtime is rarely caused by the failure everyone expected. A structured preventive programme exists to remove the surprises — and a capable intervention team exists for the rest.

Maintenance services

Preventive maintenance programmes

Scheduled inspection and maintenance plans built around the plant’s duty cycle and the manufacturers’ requirements.

Revisions and overhauls

Planned major maintenance: disassembly, measurement, parts replacement, reassembly and test runs.

Breakdown intervention

Fault diagnosis and repair to bring stopped equipment back into production.

Spare-parts coordination

Identification, sourcing and logistics of spare parts through QOS’s international sourcing network.

OEM service partnership

Field maintenance carried out on behalf of machinery manufacturers, aligned with their technical standards.

Post-installation follow-up

Structured support in the first operating period of newly installed or relocated lines.

Equipment maintained

  • Production machinery and lines
  • Textile machinery
  • Metal processing equipment
  • Food and packaging lines
  • Utility and energy systems
  • EV charging systems

Why maintain with QOS

  • Engineering-led maintenance: the team that installs and commissions lines understands why they fail.

  • International sourcing capability shortens the path to critical spare parts.
  • The OEM partnership model keeps manufacturer standards in the loop.

Frequently asked questions

Does QOS only maintain equipment it installed?

No. Maintenance programmes and interventions are available for existing plants regardless of who installed them.

Can QOS take over maintenance for a machinery manufacturer’s installed base?

Yes. The OEM field support model covers exactly this: local maintenance capacity aligned with the manufacturer’s standards and coordination.

Which regions are covered?

QOS maintains from its bases in Türkiye, Hungary, Morocco and Ethiopia and coordinates wider maintenance support across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

How are spare parts handled?

QOS identifies and sources parts through its international trade and sourcing network and coordinates logistics to site.

Does QOS offer maintenance contracts or only one-off interventions?

Both. Ongoing preventive programmes and single interventions are available; most industrial clients combine a scheduled programme with on-call support.
